post-chalet

yay i just came back from the chalet! i had a blast, didn't we girls! so sad that phyllis couldn't stay the 2nd night with us... we did a dare... one day i show you! =P haha.

just uploaded the photos, but a bit lazy, so i shall post them on the blog tomorrow. =) hehe.

went for the chingay parade yesterday.. now taking a little nap after this.. again xD. i saw my ex. but ah well. no biggie. kai and i ate KFC xD yay KFC. i bought something too! hehehehe. xD i cant wait for tomorrow, when chalet preparations start. ^^ YAY CHALET!!!

pain

since im awake i thought i'd just write a small blog entry.

ive mentioned to the girls and kai that im not feeling well recently, with the neck ache and headache, as well as the slight now-and-then fever, adding on to the "almost flu". i finally went to see the doctor yesterday.. and the good news is that the dotor gave me some medicine and told me to eat t for my neck. well ate it last night, and my neck really feels better. i hope this keeps going on so that i can go for chalet. counting down to chalet!!! thats.. erms. 4 days to go! woo!!!

thank goodness im feeling so much better after that cold bath last night.=) but i hope i continue to get better in order to have maximum fun-age or whatever you call it, at our chalet. ^^ today im finally going to make my POSB card. WOOOOO!!! ^^ ehehehe. i likes.

also must pack my room.. cannot let sandy see my room in a big mess xD haha.

my 2nd evening

today i went to spend my day with my grandfather. he looks much better now that he's home. ^^ he looks healthier and more willing to walk around. the question remains whether he wants to go back to st luke's in 2 days time..

anyway.. i spent the day entertaining my cousins... dominic and daphne.. they came back from china not too long ago. though they are a little stuck up and spoilt, they are cute nonetheless, and fun-loving too!

then we came to this italian restaurant... we had a very hard time finding this restaurant, but its at far east square near chinatown i think... sells quite good food (sandwiches and pasta) for an affordable price! not that im advertising...

my mom and my dad... it was my mom's idea to come here. thank goodness its open.. cos nothing else was. ^^

its called "parnilini salmone" or something like that... heheh. dont really remember the exact name xD but its NICEEE! reminds me of the wrap that ive been eating with xiu so often. xD

then kai came over, then i went east coast to get dinner, then came home! =D hehehe. eventful day.

random thoughts

one more day of chinese new year, one more day of chinese new year before i have to start preparing for the chalet. unfortunately, i have to buy most food stuffs, so i have to wait till the last minute before im going to buy anything.

hm... sandy still hasn't uploaded the boots picture that she took. I WANT IT SANDY!!!

anyway... i decided that today im going to just talk about crap.

as some of you may know, my grandfather is now staying at my aunt's house, after leaving st luke's for the new year. he's very stubborn and refuses to leave st lukes, because of fear of not being able to potty train himself again. but we all feel that its high time he leaves st luke's and do things on his own.

next topic: something that xiu and i have been discussing. girls i told you i was going to tell you about this at the chalet.. but i feel that it might ruin the chalet. we'll see how it goes. but im not feeling positively happy about this... rather im more towards the negative side regarding this topic. NEXT!!!

xiu's been addicted to naruto.. she finished it! BEFORE ME! T_T oh welll... =p no choice la i want the vcds. xD hehe.

recently ive been getting a headache every day... its painful and it refuses to disappear. it throbes at my brain and i think it has something to do with my stiff neck. also, last night i started shivering (and i was wearing thick track pants, my thick nike jacket, my socks, hid in a blanket, switched off the aircon and fan). i think something's wrong with me. if it doesn't happen again tonight then i'll forget about it and move on x) sorry mum for making you wake up and help me!

my sister just realised her computer has a mike, but she has no idea where it is.. but its v muffled and blur. mine's clearer! ^^ hehehe.

i cant wait for the chalet. havent seen the girls in a long time.. can't wait to finally have our other chalet again..

after that i got to prepare for kai's bday... busy busy busy. ^^

hehe. i just came back from chinese new year greeting all around singapore. =p

this morning i kinda woke up late, so i rushed to take a shower, then headed off to my grandmother's house in hougang. luckily it wasnt that far, but my mom made me change like 5 times because either my clothes were not new or for other reasons.

then, since we were the first to arrive, we sat down, and waited. the tv wasn't working, so we were staring at our own reflections. ^^ hehe.

then we ate...a large bowl of food. a lot of dishes including my favourite seaweed chicken, abalone soup, curry potato (not hot at all), noodles, duck and orange juice. hehe. i likes.

then i went off to my grandmother's erm... sister's house. ^^ hehe. she made fun of many people, as usual, before we played some card games and went home.

thankfully, this year's chinese new year wasn't that hot as last year... and it rained for just that few minutes. ^^ hehe.

then now that i reached home... there's only one thing left to do! COUNT MONEY!!! =D i know that chinese new year is not the time for money, but its really the only thing i have to do now. xD besides sleeping..

tired tired tired

just came back from the reunion dinner. head splittingly painful... i wore my boots out again. xD thank god this time no one asked me where i bought it. xD

met my cousin who's getting married soon.. she looks really pretty today. x)

went to school for meeting, and settled most of the stuff that was needed. also going to design club t shirts when i have the time.. maybe tomorrow or so. =) hehe.

i cant wait for the chalet.

p.s. sandy, my mom says its ok if you stay over. ^^ can't wait!

valentine's

haha. its been a long time since i got the chance to blog. this is because im working in school for the holidays, doing a project for kanazawa. being paid $4 per hour is not much, but its fun to work here, with grace and the others.

my valentine's was amazing. i got 7 flowers, and 1 fake one, which held a ring inside. =P pretty funny i didnt notice it. xD i watched babel too! =D

P.s. i wonder what phy has to announce... xD

i'll put out the photos this week end probably. cant wait to see the girls for chalet. =)

valentine's preparation

valentine's day, everyone! time to find a loved one, be it a friend, a boy/girlfriend, a parent or sibling, and celebrate the time of togetherness shared among the few of you.

i dont know what the girls are doing today, im sure sandy's going out, xiuzhi already went out, and phyllis... well... maybe she'll be going out with normal friends too. =) me... i cant go out in the morning. he's coming to pick me up at noon... xD

i should really pack my room xD hahaha.

my day at orchard

hehe today was a funny day.

i started off going to do my own stuff, which meant a lot of auditioning. and then i did some valentine day present stuff that i shall not reveal.

then at around 6pm, i left the house to do my handphone. yay i got a new number!!! for those who didnt get to see that new number, please contact me and i'll give it to you. im sorry if the email for some didnt go through.

then i went off to heeren to see some stuff that kai wanted to buy for me for my valentine.. but i didnt see anything that caught my eye.. until i saw this disco adidas ball walk past me... "phyllis!!!" she turned around and had this shocked look on her face.

"EH HI!!!" apparently she was shopping with her friend (whom i dont know anything abt except she's female xD). then we walked around heeren and came out the other end, only to see the same disco ball looking around.

"you lost your friend" i asked.
"ya."

please note that this was less than 5mins difference.

then i BOUGHT A PAIR OF SHOES!!! it looks like prom shoes but its pretty. xD hehehe. ^^ then i saw phy again! hahaha.

this is the first time i met someone i liked out of house. (considering i met phoebe at city hall the day before... dot dot dot)

hehe. that's it for today! eventful, ne?

post boots day

the girls and i went over to orchard for celebration. we snapped many many photos. we even went into places like ZARA, althopugh only phyphy tried stuff there. fau, xiu me and phy were all dressed up for the occasion.

we had a lot of laughs watching the people staring at us, including this old lady who was so amazed to see 4 girls in boots shopping for boots. (and while im on that topic, xiuzhi bought ANOTHER pair. from... TADAAAA... nine west. today. xD)

we also ate at swensons, and fauzia helped us plan for our chalet buy giving us suggestions for food. nonetheless i need to send out the list later today.. xD hehehe.

sandy was too busy having fun at sakae while us 4 girls had our day at orchard. we walked until our feet turned sore.. and we went home because we couldn't walk anymore. or THEY went home anyway. i went to meet kai, and then we went for more walking, jimmy said i looked like i was going to ride a horse T_T

after that we decided to go to the pasar malam at my house. predictably there was nothing interesting there. =) go to my pics tab for the pictures that we took on that day. =D

exams

one more to go... one more left to tahan. then i'll be going out with the girls. can't wait, though i have to think what to wear. XIUZHI WHAT U WEARING!!! =p hahahaha.

anyway, studying's getting really hateful, i dont even feel like studying anymore, so much so that my mind doesn't absorb much anymore.

also, there's been a little thing that's been bugging me... something i'll tell u guys when its ok to. probably sometime when i get you guys alone.

but because of tis tiny thing, i feel a little restricted.. like there's something in my mind that's stopping me from saying something. also because of that, its stopping me from studying effectively. i hate that.

ah well. PRMP then we're free!!!

btw guys i bought the chicken already. no actually i ordered it. havent got down to collecting it yet. cant wait for our chalet. =D

today i saw the fireworksssss. =D yeah at my house. ^^

amazing no? =D hehehehe. i love my house.

unfortunately, its a small patch of fireworks... so i didnt get to see much.

hehe. havent started studying PRMP yet, but ive decided to post a calender!!! =D its now in the friends page. ^^ yay im a happy person! =D hehehe!

remind me never to study at home

very frustrated. grrrrr. unknown people keep calling my house and disrupting my studying.

then now my mom wants me to do the laundry. ridiculous. im having EXXXXAAAAMMMMSSSS HELLLLLLLLLOOOOOOO!!!! i know she has things to do at work too, but im hardly half way through and really stressed now. the least i need is for her to call me and tell me specially to do the laundry AFTER i complain to her about the work im still doing...

anyyyywayyyyyy. since xiu isn't online for me to crap to, i shall crap to fauziaaaa. =D hahahah.

law. law is horrible. law is confusing. law is terrible. and my brain hates ms peter's notes. why can't they be in powerpoint form, or at least POINT form??? i know the explanation and all is important, but there are some things that arent! i mean... a lot of her notes have "blah blah blah no definition of obscene is given in the text, so it is in the eyes of courts". ehhh thats really weird. neverminds.

anyway yesterday we just settled to wear boots on the last day of exams. =D yay!!! dont know if im going to wear it there or not... hm... still thinking about that part. oh well. hmmm. xD hahaha.

ok my laundry is done... now i have to go back to do it... and then study. im getting stresssed. but at least after MLE i dont have too much to worry about... cos the next paper would be... TADAAAA 4 days away!!! no need so stress, weeee!!!

p.s. ive decided not to wear them there... cos i realise if i do, im going to be playing with my heels, and cannot concentrate. we'll see.
