its amazing how much ive come to rely on blogger to set my emotions free and to update others on my life.
anyway im working on SPSS, so i didnt have much time to update. well... here goes my week's worth!
on friday i went to see SC's international film festival... the show was good, despite the graphic scenes... but the food was horrible.. ack. anyway... after that i spent the day at kf's house, and he spent today at mine. my sister's friend and her started doing stupid things. i'll upload the videos tomorrow. am a little busy with the club stuff currently... but i will get it! =D
wonder how the girls' surveys are going... and whether how many of them actually DO the surveys the right way... (u know who i mean) =)and wonder how many i have to code... 100 or 300...?

thumb drive where are you?
just realised that i might have lost phyphy's thumbdrive. really worried if she has any important things inside. but some part of me distinctly recalls taking it with me. anyway, since the library says they dont have it, either someone took it, or its somewhere at home. i'll look through my house once more before getting her another one... im really sorry phyphy if i really ended up losing it...
as to everything else, i remain skeptical and neutral until further notice... already talking about chalet... on the 2nd week of school.. hahaha.

1 week of a hell hole
its been hell. but at least its over. my cca list has FINALLY been settled. No more running back and forth between classes to do cca booth. now at least i can spend some time with the girls (discussing project no doubt) and researching on my project. will be bringing my laptop to school these few days so that we can have more efficient work done... (and also because i dont have a printer)... and stuff like that.
my feelings towards her are still uncertain... i really dont know what i feel right now. but at least its better than the last time. still, i'll continue to keep an optimistic mind about it and hope for the best. (even though its really hard to do that)
and lastly... my face is back to its nice one color again! no more facial skin peeling... cept for my shoulders.. but HEY that i can cover! =D haha.

AHH MY SKIN IS PEELING ON ITS OWN!!! =( thats not good. sandy said that my skin should not be scratched... but its dropping off in patches on its own.. =( NOW IT LOOKS DUMB. good thing my nose has completely stopped peeling,and my forehead can be hidden by my hair. ^^ yay!!!

opening school.
today was the first day of our third year. interestingly enough some people have changed.
1) kevin changed his glasses
2) fauzia straightened her hair
but more important of all, 3 lobsters and a toast bread joined the class today! hahahahaha. =p writing for the media is interesting... =D haha.
anyway i reached school at 8, by waking up at 530. took a bath and headed out to meet KF on the bus. reached school 10 mins before 8 and stayed in the clubhouse till 900. Nick and KF came over to help me carry some stuff, and i attended the booth until KF came to relief me. from what i know after that, Aloy relieved him, and ruth after that. then i went back after lunch for a 5 hour. not bad turnout... almost 50 members in one day. =)
then we went to see ms kwa after class, and she advised us to take some aloe vera gel... sandy promoted jorubi... which explains why i now have a bottle next to me, and am 19 cheaper.

beach trip to sentosa!
heyho~ finally back from the beach trip! it was a blast! but we all look like lobsters now... with the possible exception of sandy... hahaha.
anyway, the story (our trip) can be viewed at my pictures gallery...
we talked about a lot of stuff, ate a lot of healthy food, and of course, had a lot of fun. truly a great way to end the holidays!
btw i think im going to complain of severe pain tomorrow... x( but it was worth it. =)

today's brain burst
today was an uneventful day. i stayed at kf's house watching... house. yep i was watching House Season 3... =D haha yepyep! never got a chance to watch it on TV, so now i watch it at his place! =D
then for dinner we had wraps (MIX MIX!), i had my regular boston club and berry burst, he had tandoori chicken and watermelon juice, both wees. =P (thats small if you guys dont remember haha).
after that, i walked out to the first floor heading to take bus, and then i met felicia. actually she called out to me, i didnt even see her... but at least it was someone i knew. 2nd time bumping into someone i knew during the holidays... 1st was our phyphy of course...
then we went to see the exhibition at takashimaya about the armed forces... he was looking forward to seeing an ambulance there, but all that was there that was ambulance related was a photograph... he met one woman he knew from SCDF though... some girl named doris. =X i think. he seemed so sceptical about everything... everytime someone gave him a phamplet.. he would say "oh im just looking", or "thank you". and after they leave, he would tell me "why i say thank you for ah? they getting me into shit work only...". who can blame him. first of all army is a bad thing for all guys... most dread it. second of all, SCDF caused his slip disc and wont pay for it. mean people.
anyway after that... i treated him to venezia gelato, cos he treated me to MIX. he had his chocolate chip, i had mint choc. both made us full, before we headed home...
*p.s. his brother mentioned to him the other day he wants a big chest so that his chest can enter 2 secs before the rest of him... girls i imagine you know how big that has to be... =p his brother is odd xD haha **

xiuzhi hasnt been able to cnfm our picnic... hopefully she can make it... or it'll just be us three... seems lonely. been wondering whether to ask the girls whether or not to call janice along... seems like we forgetting about her or something... but honestly now i dont know what i want anymore (regarding that anyway).

diet regime
im starting my diet regime today. i know most of you will say its ridiculous, and that im not fat and all. but its just something i have to do. im fat and i dont like it. ok maybe not very fat, but slightly. i want to go back to the way i used to be... relatively fat free. =p therefore this regime has begun... with my final western meal for this month. =D hehe.
cant wait for sentosa with the girls. ^^ i need to shop for veges. BUNNIES we are!

now planning an outing with the girls on sunday. planned to have a meeting at sentosa, with a picnic and water fun!

watched sunshine today. not the very best of shows, but not the worst either. i'd give props for the "anticipation" and "horror" feeling that's in the show. but im not going to leak anything xD hahaha~ (just many people burning up in the heat, and dying...)
anyway, school's starting soon, so i have to get ready to go to school! haha. i went to vivo to watch today... saw my secondary school friend heather on the bus.. she's changed a lot... =)
anyway, now that i'm home, i signed up to my cousin's magazine... =) he's so cuteee. =p help him improve his english ^^ hehe.
what else ne? nothing really happened to me... though i could swear i saw shawn and phyphy in the same cinema as me... but the girl was taller... and the guy was shorter... oh well! haha.

series (1) of unfortunate events
haha. today was an unlucky day. i had to wake up early to be dragged to church for some session, where the pastor talked about 1 hr about "why jesus weeped", from some quote in the bible. he gave 3 considerations and 7 clues, and talked about some guy from TV called adrian monk, along with his wife and himself who go to (or used to thereafter) bible college (didnt know such a thing existed). its a really funny church, convent free church. everyone acts so friendly, wishing you good morning (take note) after the pastor says so. very uncomfortable mood and gesture too.
anyway, after that, i went over to kf's house. below his block we were both showered with blessings (just like baptised) with water! nono i wasn't becoming a christian, but some moron was watering flowers (according to kf), and watered us both in the process. apparently when we reached KF's house (8th floor), we realised it was probably the 7th floor guy, who was seen spotting a potted plant in his hand, and shiny plants outside his house. so kf, whether in spite or just helpful, said (a little too loudly to be helpful), "when you water plants, watch out for people below before washing the plants la!" ... in chinese. then i took a short scrub (just in case some people use rice water instead of normal water).
anyway, now the folks (his of course), just came back. oh yeah i forgot to say, its my couz's bday, so her parents are bringing her, her brother and her bf out to celebrate. my mom brought up the topic abt bringing kf out one day cos she owes him, prob cos he paid for the laptop first. i wont mind, but my mom reckons kf might be a little shy... so it might take some time =D saddddd. =p hope its soon though. ^^

laptop updated
well last night my mom and i had a quarrel, and i wasn't calm enough to write it down on my blog.... anyway... here are the pics for my new laptop (as phyphy was nice enough to remind me i forgot to post it)... =D
well its funny because everything's not in the same place that it used to be! my thumbdrive reader used to be at the right, and now its at the front. the charger button used to be at the back, but now its at the left. EVEN THE DELETE BUTTON HAS CHANGED PLACE WITH A NEW PAUSE BUTTON!?!

new lappie!
just bought my new laptop: S7110 fujitsu S series! =D its new and its pretty and its MINE.
but before i show you what my lappie looks like, i shall tell you my horrible experience. anyway, i went there to purchase a laptop, and signed up for it. but they wouldn't accept the JCB card that my mom lent me, and the nets would take 5 days to come. obviously i didn't have 5 days. my mom said that the UOB woman will get back to me as soon as possible, and i waiting almost half an hr, before finding out it will take 5 days. thank goodness kf was there and he let me use his card to swipe nets. after swiping, we went to have lunch. and AFTER lunch, the UOB woman CALLED! wow!!!! =X i was really upset at that point and didnt want to listen to her talk, but i wanted the NETS, so i just listened... she had a funny accent.. ah wellies.
then the guy gave me my laptop and told me to go to t14... big mistake. apparently t14 was configuration for YEAR 1s. so i went there, spent 1 - 2 hrs configuring, freezing in the cold, and then this tecchie came and said "Year 3s are not allowed Image (some software), and that i had to go back to the concourse to delete EVERYTHING. =( great. so anyway i went back. and its deleted, and now i got to reformat it. BUT THAT WASN'T the end of my worries.
when i went to kf's house, i realised they didn't even have MS DOC! that's just sad... so i went to download it myself, along with some other software that i didn't have. thank goodness i kept the CDs from my last laptop. =D
so now im spending my time transfering stuff... its going to take a long time... audition's at 28%, my anime transfer isn't even half done... sad. but ntn better to do then blog, is there? =p haha.
anyway, on the way home, i got into this heavy traffic jam, and took about 1 hr to come home. =) but thankfully im finally home now. =D

before i talk about anything else today, i just want to spend some time about gems.
i know i was the one that said i didnt want to put it on friday, and that we shouldn't. i know i was the one that knew u wanted to put it on friday yourself, and i caused you unable to do it with the one u loved if you did it on friday. i'm also sorry that he got upset at you for something that you can't control, as it is not your fault, but mine.
but before u say anything, give me a minute to explain myself. i myself was shocked when i entered and couldn't find the thursday timeslot that i wanted... so i decided to take the wednesday, but by then all the wednesday slots were full, for all top 3 that xiu and i had picked. plus, janice couldn't do gems on wednesday... so at this point, i ask: what should i have done? picked a gem that i disliked just so i could get it on wednesday, or picked something that i didn't mind taking on the friday? im sorry if i made the wrong decision, and i didn't think that this decision would have affected anyone else, but i guess it did. i didn't see the need to tell you because we didn't settle on telling anyone what we pick for gems: even prior to this, i never told anyone what i was going to do for gems, with the exception of janice, of course.
so imagine my surprise when so many ugly things happened because of the one wrong decision i made, and because of that, i might have ruined today, and future of others. im really sorry if my decision was in any way harmful to anyone... i really didn't intend for it to happen this way...

i met xiuzhi today, and we ate wraps... i bought a pudding plushie... it was smiling at me cutely and i couldn't resist~ haha. anyway. i have to help xiuzhi with her blog. we spent the day looking for shoes, and found nothing we wanted... but xiuzhi and i electro-static-ed the following things:
1) ourselves
2) each other in the elbows
3) each other in the arm
and lastly, but the funniest...
i somehow managed to static xiu's butt. she was in so much pain that she couldn't walk for that 30s. it even went through the cloth material she was wearing! what wonderful static i have!!! =D thank goodness it went away after a while... xD
i bought sushi, and then we headed home, but i headed for a detour to kallang to visit my kai. he was sick. i ate my sushi there, and we played a really fun game, called Bloons, can be found on addictinggames.com. really entertaining. =D then i came home, feeling really guilty about sandy and fitri's quarrel, so i blogged about this...

i somehow managed to static xiu's butt. she was in so much pain that she couldn't walk for that 30s. it even went through the cloth material she was wearing! what wonderful static i have!!! =D thank goodness it went away after a while... xD
i bought sushi, and then we headed home, but i headed for a detour to kallang to visit my kai. he was sick. i ate my sushi there, and we played a really fun game, called Bloons, can be found on addictinggames.com. really entertaining. =D then i came home, feeling really guilty about sandy and fitri's quarrel, so i blogged about this...

tomorrow im going to pick gems. no idea whether im happy or not about it, but least i got xiuzhi!!! =D hahaha. guess thats a good thing when im stuck alone, being the other option. ahh wellies.
